Ken from Happy Tortoise Habitat was selling his hand crafted wooden tortoise tables and accessories on eBay which was resulting in high fees cutting into profit margins. I created a custom website for him showcasing all of his beautiful woodworking skills and the unique tortoise tables that he builds.

Online Store & Shopping Cart
The website that I created for him runs on WordPress with a fully integrated shopping cart system powered by WooCommerce and is a fully customised, bespoke theme that reflects the brand image with a thoroughly modern design.
Order Tracking
There is built in Order Tracking as standard in WooCommerce as well as storing customers details which are accessible to the website administrator/shop manager in the backend of the website plus you have the option of creating an all important, opt in mailing list to enabling you to send out newsletters, special offers and showcase new items thus gaining more sales and encourages customer interaction.
Choice of Payment Gateways
There is also a choice of payment gateways with WooCommerce making it a very flexible solution. You can choose to use either the free built in and easy to use PayPal, Stripe, BACS (direct to bank account payment) cheque and payments on collection in person. There is also a multitude of premium, paid for plugins adding a plethora of other options, however PayPal and Stripe are simple and straightforward for any new store owner to manage and I will always reccomend them for anyone starting out as in this case.
